Otter.ai is a meeting assistant that transcribes conversations and generates summaries and action items. You can send its notetaker into Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet calls, or record on your own devices. Transcription is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese and Chinese (Simplified, from spoken Mandarin). German and Chinese are still in beta. These languages refer to transcription, not translation. Accuracy depends on background noise, accents and how complex the conversation is, so review and correct transcripts, especially for important content.
