Activepieces documents flows as a trigger followed by actions. Recreate a form submission that validates a field, creates a CRM record and reports a failure. Make and n8n publish workflow automation platforms; shortlist them only after checking the exact connectors and operations your flow uses.
Failures are part of the comparison
Test a duplicate event, an expired connection and a destination that is temporarily unavailable. Decide what should retry and what needs a human. A successful first run does not show whether a replacement can recover safely; we have not run this acceptance test for these products.
Compare operating effort
Include execution volume, access controls, hosting responsibility and maintenance in the budget. Ask which edition supports your required deployment and connectors. Do not equate the availability of a workflow editor with equivalent administration or recovery behavior.
